Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused condition when possible. However, please note that due to the nature of our research products and our commitment to quality and safety, all returned or exchanged items will be disposed of in accordance with our policy on returned goods. Returned items will not be added back to our inventory.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items
